In order to be a wish child three criteria must be met:
1. A child between the ages of 3-18 years
2. A child with a life-threatening disease (according to the list of diseases available in the foundation)
3. A child who has not had a wish granted by our foundation in the past

In order to be a wish child, you must fill out forms attached with a letter from youe doctor.

*It is recommended to contact your social to get assistance in transferring the forms.
